Delivery Protocol:

Authorized Receiver: The shipment can only be received by an authorized individual designated by you. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the receiver's mobile number. Upon verification of the OTP, a photograph of the receiver's government- issued ID card will be captured and uploaded as proof of delivery. We request that you add at least one authorized receiver (up to a maximum of three) or contact us at +91 88827 37391.

Delivery TimeLine: Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at the time of purchase. Please note that delivery times are estimates and actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Exceptions to Seamless Delivery:

Watch Strap Sizes: Some watch strap sizes may have longer delivery times. If this is the case, we will inform you. The estimated delivery times on the product pages will reflect any delays.

Financing Purchases

If you choose to make your purchase with financing, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery within the standard time frame stated for each product. Due to the credit application process, there may be delays in receiving your items. We will try our best to minimize any delay and will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Bank Holidays

Orders are not processed on Bank Holidays, so please allow extra time for delivery when placing your order around these dates. The estimated delivery dates provided on the product pages and during checkout will account for Bank Holidays where applicable.
